1. What information is collected and how it is used
1.1. User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to participate in bank promotions unless you have a RHB Junior Banker Account.
When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as the date of your last transaction with the Bank, respond to any offers, or download or use of applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; and; (d) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as task, rewards, and penalty definitions and related actions.
We may also use the information provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing or promotions.
1.2. Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, the unique ID of your mobile device, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at email@example.com.
3. Data retention policy, managing your information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you can use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected Information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We have establised and will endeavour to put in place the necessary process and procedures to ensure that your information is protected.

9. Terms and conditions governing Task Points mobile application
Promotions are only valid for Junior Banker account holders. Promotions can be cancelled by the Bank without any notice. All Junior banker accounts opened are subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of RHB Bank Singapore. RHB Bank Singapore reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time to vary, amend, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, or to terminate or suspend the Task Points mobile application promotions at any time without notice, reference or liability to any person for any reason whatsoever. The revised terms and conditons for promotions shall be effective immediately upon posting on Task Points mobile application. RHB Bank Singapore, its affiliates, employees or agents shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damange, injury, costs or expenses incurred, suffered or borne, arising from any promotions. The decision of RHB Bank Singapore on any and all matters relating to or arising from promotions (including the eligibility of any person to participate in promotions) shall be absolute, final, and binding on all parties. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these terms and conditions and those in any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to any promotions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted according to the laws of Singapore and the participants in the promotion agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the tribunals and courts of Singapore in the event of any disagreement or dispute relating to or arising from any promotion. By participating in any promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of the promotions. You further agree to, and authorize the disclosure and sharing of your personal data with the companies within the RHB Banking Group for the purposes of cross-selling, marketing and promotions of products and/or services of RHB Banking Group.
Our Task Points mobile application may contain links to other websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices, damages of your device or loss of personal information when you access other websites from Task Points mobile application. For such other websites, we advise you to read the privacy statements and protect your own device and information from each website you visited which collects your personal data.
